Diamond Strategic Solutions (“DSS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides estate-grade protection, private risk response, and security consulting for clients who require discretion, reliability, and secure fallback planning. This policy applies to all users of dssprivate.com.
We collect only the minimum necessary information, and only with consent. This may include:
Name, contact info, and role (when you submit via NDA-gated forms)
Referral data (how you arrived at our site, including QR tracking or link paths)
Technical data (browser, device type, IP address, date/time)
We do not track sensitive identity data beyond secure inquiry purposes. No unauthorized third-party marketing or cookie-based profiling is used.

DSS uses minimal cookies only for functional site performance. We do not use behavioral ad tracking. If QR scans or links are used, we may record time/date, referral source, and repeat scans to improve our referral infrastructure.
